Fleet Partner: your riders, your company, our orders
Applications open. Terms are shared on a call.
The Fleet Partner program is for registered delivery companies, couriers and taxi bases in Georgetown. Your riders take Deliva orders under your company, and your company is paid for their work.
We are taking applications now. The commercial terms are shared on a call and in writing before you sign, not on this page.
How it works
Apply
Send the form below. We call you to understand your team, vehicles and areas.
Sign the agreement
One agreement for your company, with the terms in writing.
Riders join with your fleet code
Each rider signs up in the rider app with your company’s code, uploads their documents and does the training.
Riders take orders
Riders open a shift when they are working and accept the orders they want.
Your company is paid
One statement and one payout for the whole team, showing every delivery by every rider.
What your company gets
- Orders from restaurants, shops and customers on Deliva.
- The rider app for every rider: offers, navigation, proof of delivery and a running cash balance.
- Training for your riders at our hub.
- Places to hand in cash with a receipt every time.
- A supervisor view of who is working, the cash each rider holds and what the team has earned so far.
- Statements that break down every delivery, so paying your riders is simple.
What your company provides
- A registered business with a tax identification number.
- A supervisor who answers WhatsApp while your riders are working.
- Roadworthy, insured vehicles, and helmets for two-wheelers.
- Riders who each pass the ID and licence checks.
How cash works
Customers often pay cash on delivery. Every rider has their own cash limit, sees how much they are holding in the app, and hands cash in at a cash desk or agent with a receipt.
If a rider comes up short, the shortage is settled on your company statement and you settle it with your rider. Tips are shown per rider and belong to the rider who earned them.
Checklist before you apply
- Business name registration or company papers.
- Tax identification number for the business.
- Owner’s ID.
- A business account with MMG or a bank, so your company can be paid.
- For each rider: national ID, driver’s licence for motorbikes and cars, vehicle registration and insurance.
Fleet Partner questions
How many riders do I need?
Tell us your team size in the form. Very small crews may be better off joining as individual riders; we will say so honestly on the call.
How and when does my company get paid?
Your company receives one statement and one payout for all its riders. The payment schedule and method are part of the terms we share on the call.
Do my riders get paid by you or by me?
By you. We pay your company, and the statement shows each rider’s deliveries so you can pay them fairly.
What if a rider loses cash?
The shortage is deducted from your company statement, and you settle it with your rider. Repeated shortages by the same rider are reviewed and can end that rider’s cash orders.
Can my riders also work for other companies?
We do not ask your riders for exclusivity. What they do outside your company is between you and them.
Can a rider move to my fleet from the riders who work for us directly?
Only with our approval, and never in the middle of a pay week. This keeps things fair for everyone.
Do you provide bikes?
No. Your company and riders provide the vehicles. We provide the app, the orders and the training.
What about insurance?
Every vehicle needs at least the third-party cover the law requires, and cover that does not exclude paid delivery. We go through this with you before any rider starts.
