Hardware delivery comes later than food and groceries on Deliva. We are registering hardware and building-supply stores in Georgetown now, so catalogues are ready when it opens.
Small items will travel by motorbike or car. Heavy and long items go by pickup or truck, with the delivery price quoted before the customer confirms.

- Hand tools, power tools and fasteners, which go by motorbike.
Delivery options for hardware stores

Contractors and customers abroad
Contractor accounts with invoices are planned for later.
Many houses in Guyana are built with money sent by family abroad. Those relatives will be able to pay by card for materials delivered to the site.
What you need
- A price list with units, such as per bag, per length or per sheet.
- Stock flags, so sold-out items are hidden.
- A loading-bay contact for drivers.
- Owner ID and business registration.
Hardware store questions
How is the truck fee set?
Each truck delivery is quoted for the vehicle the order needs, and the customer accepts the quote before the order is confirmed.
Who loads at the store?
Your yard loads. The driver photographs the load before leaving, and the drop-off is photographed too.
Can we use our own truck?
Yes. Choose "my own riders deliver" and your truck takes the orders.
When does hardware delivery start?
After restaurants, groceries and pharmacy. There is no date yet; registered stores hear first.
Can contractors order on account?
Not at launch. Contractor accounts with invoices are planned for later.
Can customers abroad pay?
Yes. Family overseas will be able to pay by card for materials delivered here.
