Does Uber Eats deliver in Guyana?
No. As of 14 October 2026, Guyana is not on the Uber Eats list of countries, so the app cannot deliver to an address in Georgetown. Its markets in the region include the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Panama and Guatemala.
Uber's ride service does not list Guyana either. Deliva, a new delivery app for Guyana, is coming soon to Georgetown.

What is different in Georgetown
Plenty of Georgetown homes have a lot number but no visible street sign, so Deliva riders work from a pin and a landmark. Cash on delivery is built in from day one, and every cash payment is recorded against the order. Updates go to WhatsApp, because that is where people in Guyana already are.
Deliva is a separate company
Deliva is an independent delivery service built for Guyana. It is not Uber Eats and is not connected to Uber, so an Uber account, promo code or gift card cannot be used on Deliva.
Family abroad who use Uber Eats
Uber Eats cannot deliver in Guyana, so relatives in the US, Canada or the UK cannot use it to send a meal home. With Deliva they will be able to pay by card from abroad and have food delivered in Georgetown.
