Three ways to take orders
Commission depends on how you deliver. When your own riders deliver, we do less of the work and the terms reflect that. You see the exact terms in writing before you sign.

What your restaurant gets
- A menu page on the website with every dish and price, built to show up when people search for you.
- Orders on a phone or tablet, with a WhatsApp backup when data drops.
- Cash orders handled by our riders, who carry a float and are accountable for every dollar.
- Orders from family abroad who pay by card, so you never handle the card.
- A weekly statement listing every order and the commission on it.
What you need to join
- Your menu with prices. A photo of the menu board is fine.
- Owner ID and your business registration.
- The food licence your restaurant needs. The Guyana Revenue Authority lists a Food Handlers Certificate for at least one cook among the requirements for a Food Restaurant Licence.
- A phone or tablet with data, and someone to accept orders while you are open.
- An MMG business or bank account is helpful but not required to start.
How an order will flow
Accept with a prep time
The order rings on your phone or tablet and you accept it with the time it needs.
Press ready
When the food is packed, press ready so the rider knows.
Rider collects
The rider checks the order number and takes the bag.
Customer pays
Cash at the door to the rider, or by card in the app.
What restaurant owners ask us first
- Customers cancelling after you cook: once the rider has the food, the customer cannot cancel, and verified no-shows on cash orders are compensated under your terms.
- Menu and prices: you change them yourself in the app, and we never change them without you.
- A tablet: not needed. A phone works, and a printer is optional.
Restaurant questions
What commission do you charge?
It depends on how you deliver: our riders, your own riders or pickup. You get the exact terms in writing before you sign, and applying is free.
Can I use my own delivery riders?
Yes. Choose "my own riders deliver" and your riders take the orders; on a busy night you can switch to our riders.
Do I need a tablet?
No. The merchant app works on a phone. A tablet or printer helps on busy nights but is optional.
What if a customer cancels after I cook?
Customers cannot cancel once the rider has collected the food. If a cash customer does not show up, your terms set out how you are compensated.
Can I change my menu and prices myself?
Yes, at any time in the app. Items can be marked sold out for the day with one tap.
Do I need a food licence?
You need the licences your restaurant needs to trade in Guyana. We ask to see them during onboarding; the GRA page linked below lists what the Food Restaurant Licence requires.
When will I get paid?
Every week, with a statement that shows each order, the commission and any cash your own riders collected.
Can customers abroad order from me?
Yes. Family in the US, Canada and the UK will be able to order your food for someone here and pay by card.
