Deliva will deliver from hardware and building-supply stores in Georgetown. Cement, steel and lumber do not fit on a motorbike, so we are building a small group of pickup and truck owners to carry them.
Hardware delivery comes after restaurants, groceries and pharmacy. We are registering haulers now so the first jobs can go out on day one of hardware delivery.
What the jobs are
- Cement, steel, lumber, blocks and roofing from hardware stores to building sites and homes.
- Plumbing, electrical and paint orders too heavy or long for a motorbike.
- Each trip is quoted before the customer confirms, so the price is known before you set off.
How a job will work
Quote
A customer orders building materials and the delivery is quoted for the right vehicle.
Customer approves
The customer accepts the price before anything moves.
You are assigned
You get the job in the app with the store, the items and the drop-off pin.
Pickup at the store
The store loads; you photograph the load before you leave.
Delivery with proof
You photograph the drop-off, and the trip appears on your statement.
What you need
- Vehicle registration and insurance that covers carrying goods for payment.
- A driver’s licence for the vehicle you drive.
- A helper for heavy loads.
- A smartphone with WhatsApp and mobile data.
More than one truck?
If you run several vehicles with drivers, apply as a company. Each driver is checked individually, and the company receives one statement, like the Fleet Partner program.

Do I set my own price?
Each trip is quoted before the customer confirms. How quotes are worked out for haulers is part of the terms we agree with you in writing.
How often will there be jobs?
We cannot promise a number before hardware delivery opens. We will be honest about demand when we talk, and you choose which jobs to take.
Who loads and unloads?
The store loads at pickup. You and your helper unload at the drop-off. Each order says what is included.
Who pays for fuel?
You run your vehicle, including fuel. The quote for each trip is meant to cover the job; the details are in your agreement.
Can I bring more than one truck?
Yes. Apply as a company and tell us how many vehicles and drivers you have.
When does hardware delivery start?
After restaurants, groceries and pharmacy. We have not set a date; registered haulers hear first.
