Terms in writing
Commission, payouts, cancellations and VAT, before you sign.

We type it up from photos, a spreadsheet or your social media page.

A short session on accepting orders, the ready button, pausing and reading the statement.
The life of an order
Customer orders
In the app, on the website or through WhatsApp.
You accept with a prep time
The order rings on your phone or tablet; accept and say how long it needs.
Press ready
When it is packed, press ready so the rider is not kept waiting.
Rider collects
The rider checks the order number and takes it.
Delivered with proof
A photo or code at the door closes the order.
Cash and card
On cash orders delivered by our riders, the rider collects the money and is accountable for it. You never chase a customer for payment.
Card orders, including those paid by family abroad, are paid in the app and appear on your statement.
When the internet drops
If your connection fails, new orders also reach you on WhatsApp and you can accept them there. When the app reconnects it catches up.
Your statement
- Every order, with its value and the commission on it.
- Cash your own riders collected on self-delivery orders, netted against what you are owed.
- Any promotion you chose to fund.
- The payout date and how it was paid.
The merchant app and support
- Works on a phone or tablet you already own.
- Separate logins for the owner, managers, staff and pickers.
- A pause button for busy times and one tap to mark an item sold out.
- A dedicated WhatsApp line to the merchant team.
How-it-works questions
Do I need special hardware?
No. A phone or tablet with mobile data is enough. A receipt printer is optional.
What if I miss an order?
The order keeps ringing and the WhatsApp backup alerts you. An order that is not accepted in time is cancelled so the customer is not left waiting.
Can my staff have their own logins?
Yes. Owners, managers, staff and pickers each get their own login with the right permissions.
How do refunds work?
If something is missing or wrong, support checks it with you and the customer. Agreed refunds appear on your statement; the rules are in your terms.
What is the WhatsApp backup?
A second way to receive and accept orders when your data connection drops, so you do not lose orders.
How do I pause orders when busy?
Press pause in the app. New orders stop until you switch it back on.
